Thinking of the possibility of the roof dog mentioned above, Santa may be lucky he still has pants! Roof dogs (guard dogs) are common here and not to be messed with.
LOL – I once went to FL over New Year’s weekend. Leaving -10*F, arriving to 70*F, we were stripping down…and obviously tourists to the locals in their parkas!
Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula has been home for more than 40 years. My husband, David, and I live on 10 acres of forest near the town of Soldotna. We are more or less retired, meaning we are retired from gainful employment but not from life!
Our son lives in Australia and our daughter in Colorado.
Photography, fiber arts, reading, and hiking/walking are some of my interests, and David shares my love of gardening, camping, cooking, and traveling, plus he is our tech expert.
I think the roof dog would be chewing on that Santa. Cheers. Wish we were there. Miss you guys. Don
Good point! Perhaps Santa is actually making his escape!
Opps! Santa got caught … almost with his pants down too. 😀

The little touch of that leg kicking up just makes this sneaky Santa. What a great shot!
Thanks – it’s always great to walk along and see something that makes you laugh!

I love folks with a sense of humor! Santa might be pretty hot in those heavy duds, though. 😉
Humor is the best! You would be surprised if you knew how bundled up people get here!
